Wednesday, May 19th. Kayak Demo Day. 5:30 pm until dark, Alpenglow will be at Discovery State park below Lucky Peak Dam hosting a kayak demo day that is flat water oriented. The Demo Day is free, although you must RSVP with Alpenglow in order to reserve a spot as we want to make sure we have enough boats for everyone in attendance. Admission in to Discovery Sate Park is $4/vehicle, or you can ride your bike along the greenbelt for free. Let us know what you want to demo and we will make sure we bring it for you!

Be at the Gutter in Horseshoe bend to participate in a FREE recreational whitewater event bringing communities of paddlers together in the spirit of simple competition. These events allow for simple scoring and keep things light and fun. Points for front surfs and paddle twirls as well as standard playboating moves makes it fun for all. The categories allow anyone to win and we all judge each other. Prizes are not given to the top ride but are raffled off like door prizes. So come and just have fun!
